Matt has been teaching martial arts since 2008 and has heaps of knowledge behind him. Across his time as an instructor he has worked with all age groups from 3+ all the way to adults, his passion lies in teaching sparring where he draws on his personal experiences, most notably his silver medal at the WMO world championships in 2019
